REQUIREMENTS

1. If you or your company is up for the challenge, and the rewards that come with being a distributor, please take a few minutes to complete the form. We’d like to know more about you and your business. A prospective distributor needs to fill out ‘Distributor Application Form’ online.
2. A distributor needs to sign a written contract specifying terms between both distributor and FerryBerry.
3. A distributor needs to register at www.ferryberry.com to acquire distributor user rights.
4. A distributor must meet the mutually agreed annual sales quota. FerryBerry will work with a distributor for a trial period of 6 months in order for both parties to have the flexibility to learn about each other capabilities, establish trust and evaluate the sales potential in the local market.
5. A distributor will be evaluated annually against the qualification requirements stated in the contract. The distributorship will be renewed if qualifications are maintained.
6. If the distributor fails to fulfill the requirements as stated in the contract, the distributorship will be reassessed for possible termination.
